Terms of Service — Voicewise Atelier

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Voicewise Atelier’s website, courses, and related services. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not share, distribute, or publicly post course materials without prior written permission.
Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in any cohort discussions or community spaces.
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse engineer, or probe our systems for vulnerabilities.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. Refund eligibility follows the policy displayed at checkout and within each course description. Cohort-based programs may have shorter refund windows due to limited seating.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, scripts, lesson structures, feedback templates, and related content are owned by Voicewise Atelier or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use materials solely for your own learning purposes.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting recordings or documents for feedback, you grant Voicewise Atelier a limited license to process and use that content solely to deliver the purchased services. We do not claim ownership of your submitted materials.

7. Disclaimers

Our courses are educational in nature and are not intended as medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual effort, practice, and personal circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voicewise Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Voicewise Atelier in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any material breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.
